Question: What are your hours of operation?

 

Answer: Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern.

 

Question: How can I contact you?

 

Answer: There are 3 main ways to contact us and they are as follows:
First, you can use the “Live Chat” box located in the top right corner of our page.

 

Second, you can submit an email question or comment using the box below the “Live Chat”.


Third, you can pick up the phone and call us at 888.828.1561.

 

Question: What happens with all of my personal information?

 

Answer: Everything that we use to process your order goes through the Bank of America website and is secured. We will never or have never shared or sold any of our customers information personal or not. We implement the latest security technology throughout our infrastructure.



Ordering and Products

 

Question: Do I have to order only 4 color jobs from you?

 

Answer: Yes, we always at least run 4 color jobs. This is fine because if you do not want a 4 color job we can simply convert your 2 color job into a 4 color job and have it look the same. If you have any questions just send us your 2 color job and we will let you see it in 4 colors for your approval.

 

Question: Can you print other jobs than what is on your website?

 

Answer: Yes, just send us your piece and we can tell you how much it will cost and when you will get it. 

 

Question: Do you charge for adding bleeds to a file?

 

Answer: No, there are no hidden charges for products that you order.

 

Question: Why do I have to place separate orders for multiple pieces?

 

Answer: We do this to ensure the quality of each order because they are all custom print jobs.

 

Question: What kind of paper do you use to print my job?

 

Answer: We use premium paper for all our products. We use the premier card stock for all of postcard products and the premier glossy text weight paper for our brochure products.

 

Question: Will my printed piece match the way it looked on my monitor?

 

Answer: Most people are surprised how similar their printed piece matches their screen but, the truth is your printed piece will never match the way it looked on your monitor no matter where you print it. Your monitor only displays color in RGB (uses 3 colors to make all of its colors) mode and we print in CMYK ( uses 4 colors to make all of its colors) mode which can make your printed piece look up to 20% darker than your monitor depending upon the way it was designed.

 

Question: Can I order something and have someone else upload my files?

 

Answer: Yes but, they will have to have your log-in information in order to access the order to upload the file for it.

 

Question: How long will it take me to get a proof for my job?

 

Answer: You will receive it free as soon as you upload your file to your order.

 

Question: How long will it take before my order is ready to ship?

 

Answer: We say that our jobs will ship between 3 and 5 days but, most all of our jobs ship much sooner. If you have a special deadline request simply contact us and we will help you out.

 

Question: Can I expedite the shipment of my order?

 

Answer: Yes, when you are placing your order select the appropriate shipping method  based upon your location and timeline.

 

Question: Can I track my order?

 

Answer: Yes, just log-in and click on your order and it will keep you updated from when the order was placed until it arrives at your door.

 

Question: Will I always receive the exact amount that I ordered?

 

Answer: The industry standard can be as much as 10% under or over. We almost always ship the order with more than the actual order and do not charge anything extra!

 

Question: Can I make changes after I have approved my order?

 

Answer: Yes, if we have not begun production on your order. Just contact us to find out. However, due to our fantastic production times this is rarely the case.

 


Mailing Services

 

Question: How can I get my order mailed?

 

Answer:Just select that option when you are in the check out process.

 

Question: Does it matter if I have a mailing list or not?

 

Answer: No, we can use your list or we can provide one for you. Just let us know and we will handle the rest.

 

Question: How will I know if my file will be able to mail?

 

Answer: If you are sure you file will be able to mail just send it to us and we will check it out.

 

Question: If I have my own mail permit can I use it?

 

Answer: If you want us to mail it the USPS will require that you have a mail permit from the post office location the mail is going out. You can use ours at no charge or we can set one up for you just contact us and let us know how you want to handle it.

 


File Preparation

 

Question: What kind of files can I send you?

 

Answer: You can send us your file in any format that you have.

 

Question: Will my printed piece match the way it looked on my monitor?

Question: Do I have to convert my files to CMYK mode to get them printed?

 

Answer: Yes, they will need to be in CMYK mode because that is how we print your file. You should create your files in this mode from the beginning to avoid as much color shift as possible. If you do not know how simply send us your file and we will do it for you.

 

Question: What is the difference between RGB and CMYK color mode?

 

Answer: RGB displays colors using 3 colors and CMYK uses 4 colors. RGB can appear to be up to 20% brighter than CMYK depending upon the monitor and its settings.

 

Question: How can I tell if I have created my piece properly from the front side to the back side?

 

Answer: Just upload your files to your order and you will see and online proof of your job that you can print out and match up its corresponding letters to see.

Question: Can I get specific instructions on how to design my file?

 

Answer: Yes, we have design templates for all of our products and if you have any questions just contact us and we will help.

 

Question: Can I make sure my file will be able to mail before I print it?

 

Answer: Yes, we have design templates that include mailing layout for all of our products and if you are not confident just contact us and we will help you.

 


File Transfer

 

Question: How long will take to upload my order?

 

Answer: It will vary depending upon your computer, internet connection and your file size

 

Question: I am on AOL and I keep getting disconnected from you am I doing

something wrong?

 

Answer: No, if you use AOL they will disconnect you when they think that you are inactive which may happen while you are uploading your file. We have found that if you leave email account open at the same time this will usually trick AOL into thinking you are active.
